6V History... Again

Persistence is being able to work on something until it is completed and you are satisfied with it. For example, say there is something that you are working very hard on, but keep failing at. Being persistent would be ignoring the times you failed and working towards that goal until you are happy with the result.
This week in history, I came across two words that made absolutely no sense. They were dharma and nirvana. I discovered that dharma is the teachings of the Buddha. We were learning about Buddhism and how it came into Chinese culture. I also found out that nirvana is not only the name of a band, as I had already known, but also a state where you are at peace. The Buddhist belief is that you are reborn until you reach nirvana.
