Blogging?
When I first found out that we had to create a blog, I was completely lost. I had only heard of blogs before, and had had no real reason to look one up. When I heard we had to create one, my first action was to look up one to see what I had to do. It seemed to me, at first, that it was a fancy way to say Twitter. As I took a closer look, however, I found that there was much more than just posting random thoughts. There were help links, discussion topics, and interesting pictures of things the blogger had created. I visited one blog that was all about food. I love food, so I was immediately sucked in. The pictures and recipes looked so appetizing, and made me extremely hungry. It was all about desserts, and the cookies and brownies looked so heavenly. The pictures made me want to make them, but I am an awful baker. After looking at many different styles of blogs, I decided that I was going to try to be as truthful as I could in my blog posts, and try to make them as interesting as possible by talking about issues that we face in everyday life. My goal for my blog is to make people happy about their new college life and encourage students to explore their full potential while here. I will try to keep myself from obsessing over one topic for too long, and keep things light and fast paced. The style of my blog would have to be explorative. I am exploring not only my true self, but the drastic change from high school to college. I am exploring the new possibilities I have, since there are so many things that I can get involved in on campus.http://www.bakeorbreak.com/
